Important Notes

1. Payment Gateway: For International payments, only option 1, i.e., bank transfer is available. For Domestic Payments (within India / in INR), you may opt for the option 2 also.

2. Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel expenses.

3. All the fees are exclusive of bank and service charges.

4. As the venue of the conference is India, there are separate registration fees for Indian students and delegates, as mentioned in the table (under SAARC countries). SAARC Countries include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, The Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.

5. The signature of the authorship i.e. name of the authors, their affiliations, and their order in the paper cannot be changed, once the camera-ready paper submission deadline is over.

6. If an author has multiple accepted papers in IEdTC 2023, he/she needs to register for each paper separately with a discount of 10% for each additional paper.

7. For student type registration, a valid student id is required along with the registration formalities, and the original one will be requested at the registration desk for verification.
